Google Ads Advertiser Suspension Enhancements: Speedier and More Precise
Google has declared substantial upgrades to its Google Ads advertiser suspension procedures. Google stated that it has slashed incorrect suspensions by 80%. Appeals are now handled 70% quicker, and a whopping 99% of appeals are resolved within a single day.
Google disclosed these figures on its blog:
- Cut down incorrect account suspensions by more than 80%.
- Resolve advertiser suspension appeals 70% faster.
- Wrap up 99% of advertiser appeals within 24 hours.
These enhancements were achieved over the “last few months.” Google attributed these improvements to making its policies more explicit, leveraging AI in novel ways to boost the accuracy of its detection systems, and implementing more efficient review and appeal mechanisms.
Ginny Marvin, the Google Ads Liaison, remarked, “We’ve listened to your feedback and have been striving to minimize incorrect account suspensions and refine the appeals process for reliable advertisers.”
